For a Las Vegas Justice Court case:
Cash bail can be paid at the Pre-Trial Services Office located inside Clark County Detention Center at 330 S. Casino Center Blvd, Las Vegas, Nevada. In addition to cash, CCDC will accept a cashier’s check or money order made payable to Las Vegas Justice Court. They will also accept Mastercard or Visa for an amount up to $10,000. PERSONAL CHECKS ARE NOT ACCEPTED. Pre-Trial Services is open 8:00 a.m. to midnight, seven days a week. There is a $40 filing fee for posting bail.
For a District Court case:
Cash bail can be paid during regular business hours at The Regional Justice Center, 200 Lewis Avenue, Las Vegas, Nevada. Acceptable forms of payment are cashier’s check or money order made payable to Clerk of the Court. PERSONAL CHECKS ARE NOT ACCEPTED. After regular business hours, bail may be posted at Clark County Detention Center as stated above.
For Las Vegas City Jail:
Cash bail may be paid 24 hours a day at The City of Las Vegas Detention Center, 3300 Stewart Avenue, Las Vegas, Nevada. Acceptable forms of payment are cash, Visa, or Mastercard. It is advisable to call the Bail Unit at 702-229-6460 prior to verify bail and release information.
For Henderson Detention Center:
Cash bail can be paid during regular business hours at Henderson Justice Court or Henderson Municipal Court at 243 Water Street, Henderson, Nevada. (The courthouse is closed on Friday.) Acceptable forms of payment vary according to the charges; therefore it is advisable to call 702-267-5245 to inquire directly. After regular business hours, bail may be posted at the Henderson Detention Center, located behind the court building at 18 East Basic.
For North Las Vegas Detention Center:
The North Las Vegas Detention Center is located at 2332 Las Vegas Blvd North, North Las Vegas, Nevada, adjacent to the City of North Las Vegas Justice Facility. The procedure and forms of payment vary according to the inmate and the charges. Please call 702-633-1400 to inquire directly.
